Everything I've built

The whole catalog, with the effort and the experiment behind each one.

Games you can play, products that shipped at scale, and the tools I run my own work on. For each: what I built, roughly how much it took, and what I was exploring. The home page shows the headliners; this is the rest of the shelf.

Pirate Nation Arcade, rebuilt

Pirate Nation Arcade, rebuilt In staging 2025 to 2026

I owned the Arcade at Proof of Play. The company wound down and released the art as CC0. I rebuilt the game from the ground up; a thousand merged PRs later it is live in staging, ahead of a public release. One arc, three acts.

Built
Act 1: the content and analytics tooling that let two people run a revenue product, and the content itself. Act 3: the cards, decks, card faces, combat rules, economy, content pipeline, and art direction.
Effort
~$500K product run by two people in 2025. Then 2,055 commits and 1,086 merged PRs under my name between 21 September and 23 October 2026.
Explored
One deterministic rule set compiled for both a C# server and a Unity client. AI-generated card art under a human brief. A swipe tool that curated 9,999 pirates down to 6,969.
FounderPact

FounderPact Beta 2026

Solomon, an AI mediator, interviews each co-founder separately and puts every expectation on one alignment report: agreements, negotiable gaps, and the conflicts that are not.

Built
The conversational agent, the position and alignment reports, and the two-person, multi-session state underneath them. With Jason, a co-founder.
Effort
Ongoing since mid-2026. Two complete two-founder journeys tested end to end, one to a signed pact and one to a preserved deadlock.
Explored
An agent that is not allowed to manufacture consensus. Privacy boundaries between two people inside one product. Voice and chat on a phone.
Current City

Current City Live Jul to Sep 2026

A homage to Robot Odyssey (1984). You are OHM, a thinking machine in a city where machines may not think. Wire dumb robots with real logic gates. Logic is your disguise.

Built
A circuit simulator, a world and physics layer, levels and saves, a PixiJS renderer, touch controls, and a voiced tutorial character. Everything, solo, directing agents.
Effort
66 player-facing releases in 12 weeks. 3,679 commits across the workspace it became.
Explored
Teaching ideas like deterministic and sentient through mechanics instead of definitions. Getting a canvas game from 13 frames a second to playable on a phone. Release notes as a deploy gate.
Blackout Relay

Blackout Relay Live Sep 2026

Leave no signal. A replayable stealth action game with coordinated guards, scavenged gear and environmental tactics. Controller, touch, or keyboard, with co-op.

Built
A second game on the engine pulled out of Current City: guard coordination, a pose system, an aim assist that leaves the firing to the player, co-op, mobile controls.
Effort
23 releases in 20 days, from the first on 6 September to the workspace split on 25 September.
Explored
Extracting a shared engine from a working game without breaking it, with a boundary test that keeps the two games apart.

Shipped at scale

Sworkit

Sworkit Live Board seat 2012 onward

Co-founded a fitness app that reached 30 million downloads and a Shark Tank deal. Now on the board, steering its AI era.

Built
The product and the company: from Nexercise, an incentive experiment, to Sworkit, which cut the friction of actually doing a workout.
Effort
A decade. Millions of people. A 4.7 star average across 35,000+ ratings on products I have built and co-founded.
Explored
Behavior change at scale, before today's AI: what makes someone form a habit and come back.
Shiba Story Go

Shiba Story Go Live 2025 to 2026

A live auto-battler at Proof of Play. I architected its combat engine and built BalanceLab, the simulation suite that balances it on data.

Built
76% of the combat engine, the hooks every new mechanic plugs into, plus a data-driven balancing toolchain.
Effort
500+ pull requests in about seven months.
Explored
Deterministic combat you can simulate at scale, so balance becomes a measurement instead of an argument.
Team AI Enablement

Team AI Enablement Shipped 2026

A shared operating system of AI skills for a whole engineering team, so sophisticated agent workflows did not have to be reinvented by each person.

Built
A Claude Code skill marketplace: about 30 agentic workflows that automated data tedium, plus the combat-sim framework behind BalanceLab.
Effort
Adopted across the team during the Shiba Story Go build.
Explored
How an engineering team shares AI leverage without each person blowing their context window.

Products and tools

KeepRoll

KeepRoll Shipped, paid 2026

A local-first Mac app for curating a photo library, born from running out of disk space. Shipped from a standing start as a paid product.

Built
Design, the app, packaging, the marketing site, checkout. Solo.
Effort
17 days to a paying customer.
Explored
How far one person can take a native app with agents, end to end, including the boring parts.
Inner Voice

Inner Voice Prototype 2026

An AI coach that learns your voice and speaks back as you.

Built
Claude, Whisper, and voice-cloning text to speech wired into a real-time loop.
Effort
A focused prototype, not a shipped product.
Explored
Whether hearing advice in your own voice changes how you take it. Multimodal latency.
4 × 4

Route Lock Package Sep 2026

A route-drawing puzzle module, in the family of Zip, that both Current City and Blackout Relay use for their locks.

Built
The puzzle logic, a tutorial, panel integration, and presets from a quick 4 by 4 that is not meant to be a puzzle up to real ones.
Effort
Days, inside the September workspace split.
Explored
One module, two games, each feeding it its own dialect.
Daily Operating Brief

Daily Operating Brief Running daily 2026

The one screen I open every morning. It pulls all my businesses into a single brief: what moved overnight, what changed, what needs me today.

Built
The collectors, the synthesis, and the phone-first view. Built for myself first.
Effort
Maintained continuously; it earns its keep every day.
Explored
Replacing a scramble across a dozen tabs with one trusted view.
benyoung.ai

This site Live 2026

Built with the same workflow I would run for a client: frame the problem, direct a set of agents, curate the inputs, judge what ships.

Built
A hand-coded canvas neural field, a commit ticker fed by this repo, a cost counter recomputed every deploy, an idea deck, and these case studies.
Effort
The site prices itself. Guess the number on the home page.
Explored
Whether a portfolio can be its own case study.
